WE APPRECIATE AND VALUE YOU AS OUR GUEST!  WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULES CHANGE, PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY BELOW:

BEING A SMALL BUSINESS WITH APPROPRIATE PAID STAFFING, WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO HOLD ALL APPOINTMENTS. THIS CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED UPON THE COMPLETION OF SERVICE OR IN THE INSTANCE OF LATE CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS, LATE ARRIVALS OR NO-SHOW OCCURRENCES. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SHARED AND WILL ALWAYS REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE IN ORDER TO AVOID A LATE CANCELLATION FEE. GUESTS CANCELLING WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES RESERVED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE BOOKING SERVICES AT ANNASTINA BEAUTY LOUNGE.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS BETWEEN YOUR BOOKING TIME AND SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THERE WILL BE A 50% CHARGE IF THE APPOINTMENT CANCELLED.

PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE BY CALLING OUR SHOP.

LATE ARRIVALS:

IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL THE SALON AND LET US KNOW. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHORTEN OR RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IN ORDER TO KEEP THE NEXT CLIENT’S SERVICE AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE AND WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOU, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLCATION FEE AND WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR ENTIRE SERVICE FOR THAT DAY.

NO SHOWS:

IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, WITHOUT CONTACTING THE SALON TO CANCEL, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO 100% OF THE SERVICES RESERVED. YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO SECURE ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS WE DO REQUIRE A PHONE CALL.

GUESTS WHO NO SHOW ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL BEFORE ANY APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED.

REFUND POLICY:

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY OF WORK. WE DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE ALL GUESTS ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. DUE TO UNFORESEEN VARIABLES, WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THINGS DO NOT GO AS EXPECTED. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE SALON WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR SERVICE IF ANY ADJUSTMENTS NEED TO BE MADE. WHILE ADJUSTMENTS CAN BE MADE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

EXTRA PERSONS POLICY:

WE UNDERSTAND THAT FINDING CARETAKERS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO RELY ON YOU CAN BE HARD. WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA PEOPLE WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AS WE ARE LIMITED ON SPACE. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN OF ALL AGES. IF YOU AND A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER WOULD LIKE TO BE BOOKED TOGETHER FOR YOUR SERVICES PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE SALON FOR SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS.
